The Imaginary Invalid
By Moliere
Translated and adapted
by Stephen Levine
|
Produced: April, 1987
Bridgewater State College Theater
Director: Stephen Levine
Scenery: Arthur Dirks
Facility: Campus Center Auditorium
Notes:
The director merged a couple of Moliere's plays in this production. The central character spent almost the whole show in this wheelchair/bed, and had a soda fountain of medications. I tried to do something fun that still had a strong design feel to it. The cornice and ballustre SR represents a window.
